The Embrava Desk Sign is a smart workspace occupancy sensor used to simplify the management of desks in an agile work environment. The Embrava Desk Sign displays the availability of a desk and has been designed to suit any work environment through the following features:

  • Any Reservation mode: Free Address Desks and/or Bookable Desks.
  • Any Check-in mode -   
    • Automated Check-in: Smart Phone Proximity
    • Manual Check-in: Security Badge, Smart Phone, Touch screen
  • Any Network connection: WiFi, Ethernet.
  • Any Power source: Power over Ethernet (PoE), USB.

In addition to displaying workspace availability, the Embrava Desk Sign can simultaneously display user availability through our deep integrations with all major UC platforms such as Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber and Ringcentral. This functionality reduces interruptions and boosts the productivity of the open office.
